Providenciales, 7 Nov 2014 – Distributed to about 200 people last night over our Magnetic Media WhatsApp contacts were the sights of the opening dinner from Blue Haven Resort and Marina’s Fire and Ice Restaurant… and it looked marvelous.
Ahi Tuna Sashimi and Grilled Mahi Mahi with Fennel, Mango, Lime and Basil for dessert Key Lime Parfait with Graham Cracker Streusel and burnt Meringue as three items in the five course meal… and wines including Benziger Sauvignon Blanc, North Coast 2012 and Benziger Tribute Sonoma Mountain 2011. The Caribbean Food and Wine Festival is officially opened now… the wine makers introducing themselves on Wednesday at the Wine Cellar and last night the opening dinner was the prelude to the Gourmet Safari which is on tonight.
Remember, you can always be a part of the Island Street Food Fair with tickets available, contact the Grace Bay Club – that event held Saturday afternoon on the Grace Bay strip … you can dine on as much as you want at the event. Last year’s winner was Mr. Grouper.
