Three names retired ahead of Hurricane Season start

The National Hurricane Center tells Magnetic Media that the World Meteorological Organization has retired storm names Erika and Joaquin in the Atlantic and Patricia in the Pacific basin. 
Erika which killed 30 people in Dominica, is replaced with Elsa; Joaquin is replaced with Julian; the storm which killed 34 in Bahamian waters hit last October and Patricia is replaced with the name: Pamela. 
 Patricia is on record as the strongest storm ever in both the North Pacific and North Atlantic.
