NORTHEAST OF CAPE HATTERAS NORTH CAROLINA.

BONNIE IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 8 MPH AND A

TURN TOWARD THE EAST WITH INCREASING FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED

OVER THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MILES PER HOUR (MPH)

WITH HIGHER GUSTS. SOME STRENGTHENING IS POSSIBLE TODAY, AND
