#Nassau, April 28, 2019 – Bahamas – 12:00 PM  PUBLIC FORECAST FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT SUNDAY 28TH APRIL 2019, ISSUED BY THE BAHAMAS DEPT. OF METEOROLOGY.

GENERAL SITUATION:  A WEAK TROUGH ACROSS THE NORTHWEST BAHAMAS ALONG WITH A STATIONARY FRONT DISSIPATING ACROSS THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS WILL DEPOSIT SOME UNSETTLED WEATHER OVER THE ISLANDS.

SPECIAL WARNINGS: DUE TO THE MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG EAST COAST BEACHES, BEACHGOERS SHOULD CONTINUE TO EXERCISE CAUTION.

WEATHER: PARTLY SUNNY AND HUMID WITH FEW CLOUDY INTERVALS, ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS BECOMING PARTLY CLOUDY AND WARM TONIGHT WITH SHOWERS LINGERING MAINLY ACROSS THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS.
