GENERAL SITUATION:  A STRONG ATLANTIC RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE EXTENDS ACROSS THE AREA AND WILL MAINTAIN BREEZY CONDITIONS AROUND THE ISLANDS WHILE AN UPPER LEVEL LOW ACROSS THE BAHAMAS WILL SHIFT WESTWARDS AND TRIGGER SOME UNSETTLED WEATHER.

SPECIAL WARNINGS: BOATERS AND BEACH GOERS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT DUE TO ROUGH SURF AND THE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG EAST COAST BEACHES.
