GENERAL SITUATION:  A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE NORTH OF THE AREA CONTINUES TO INFLUENCE THE WEATHER ACROSS THE NORTHERN ISLANDS…WHILE AN APPROACHING TROPICAL WAVE WILL INFLUENCE WEATHER OVER THE SOUTHEAST BAHAMAS.

SPECIAL WARNINGS: BEACHGOERS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR THE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS AT BEACHES MAINLY ALONG THE NORTHERN AND EASTERN SHORELINES.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK: A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE THAT EXTENDS FROM THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO ACROSS PORTIONS FLORIDA IS PRODUCING AN AREA OF DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS NEAR THE EAST COAST OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN FLORIDA.  DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
