#USA, May 16, 2022 – Ruth Whitfield, An 86-year-old mother picking up groceries after visiting her husband at a nursing home is one of the victims identified in the Buffalo Supermarket shooting according to media reports.

The other, Aaron Salter was the security guard at the supermarket a former Buffalo Police lieutenant who was ‘well-known and respected around the community’ according to Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown.

Thirteen people, mostly senior citizens were shot and ten killed at the New York based supermarket chain in what is being investigated as an act of “racially motivated violent extremism” because 11 of the people shot were black.

The other shoppers who lost their lives are:  32 year old Roberta A. Drury; 52 year old Margus D. Morrison; 53 year old Andre Mackniel; 62 year old Geraldine Talley;; 65 year old Celestine Chaney, Heyward Patterson of Buffalo, N.Y. – age 67; 72 year old Katherine Massey and 77 year old Pearl Young.

The killer is barely a man.

Police say the 18-year old researched the zip code with the highest concentration on African American people and scoped out the store days before the rampage, which was streamed live on Twitch a video streaming site.

In a shocking and callous move the young man, now charged with murder, heartlessly broadcast the moment he pulled up and then randomly gunned down several people in the parking lot before taking his mania inside the grocery store.

During the livestream, the shooter approaches a Caucasian man lying terrified on the ground then backs away immediately while apologizing.

“The evidence that we have uncovered so far makes no mistake that this is an absolute racist hate crime. It will be prosecuted as a hate crime,” said Joseph Gramaglia  Buffalo Police Commissioner.

“This is someone who has hate in their heart, soul and mind.”
