We encourage locally owned small businesses and start-ups to take advantage of the opportunity and apply for financial assistance, technical assistance and/or customs duty reduction.” Mrs. Cooper-Grant further stated that business owners who are interested in applying receives one on one consultations with Invest TCI and representatives of the CED and who offer support with formulating a business plan and completing the application process.

Commenting on the campaign, Trina Adams-Smith, Vice President of Marketing and Promotion for Invest TCI stated, “Persons can look out for new billboards around the Islands, radio and newspapers advertisements featuring recent recipients speaking on their personal experiences, road shows and various social media advertisements amongst other efforts.  Our hope is that this campaign educates, empowers and enables small business owners to fulfil their entrepreneurial dreams and ensure they receive financial and technical support, as well as guidance once they qualify for assistance.”
