#TurksandCaicos, March 23, 2018 – Providenciales – At the tender but defining age of 41, Walter Gardiner Junior is making a mark in his country of the Turks and Caicos Islands as realtor extraordinaire. Not only has the Grand Turk native appeared on several TV shows promoting the land he loves and loves to sell to those who want a piece of paradise, but he has inked a deal that gives him exclusivity on Grace Bay as the owner of Regency Christies in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
“And what I’m also excited about Deandrea, we are also going to have, finally, a hotel component, because we don’t have any major EP hotels here, so we’re going to have 125 dedicated rooms that are available to our travel partners to airlines etc., because the challenge that we have right now with the condominiums, is that we are at the mercy of the condominium owners, whether they want to put their property in the rental program or not, but these are going to be dedicated rooms where people can come and buy a block one time,” he said.
RitzCarlton Residences broke ground last month, and work is expected to begin very very soon. It will be a six day work week to get the three buildings completed in three years. It is the first official hotel for the Turks and Caicos which has made a grand success of the condotel model… RitzCarlton Residences in Turks and Caicos will boast condos but also over 100 hotel rooms, a casino, restaurants and literally will be the tallest kid on the block
“The Ritz Carlton has a training program that’s second to none. They’ve actually, I’ve met various presidents who are in charge of different facets of the Ritz Carltons, and they grew up as waiters, busboys or busgirls, and they were educated by the Ritz Carlton and now they are at the top of their game, and they have been with the company for over 20 years.” said Mr. Gardiner.
