Providenciales, TCI, June 28, 2016 – The Turks and Caicos Hotel & Tourism Association is gearing up to showcase the Silver medal Culinary Team TCI in a fundraising event at Seven Stars resort on July 13th where attendees get to taste the award winning food and drinks from this year Taste of the Caribbean held earlier this month in Miami, where the Turks and Caicos won two gold and four silver medals and has the best junior chef in the region in Robinangel Simons.
At the welcome home red carpet reception at the Provo Airport, RobinAngel gave props to the TCI Community College and TCI Hospitality Adventure aka the Junior Chef program. “I just want to let every young chef out there know that it is possible, as you can see, it is possible. Join the team, join the camp in June, Turks and Caicos Island Community College, and this could be you, this could be you.” Camps this year are in July and include a lil chef, culinary, spa and mechanics camp for youngsters.
