CONSULTATION MEETINGS – TCI SMALL CRAFT POLICY

FROM THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM, ENVIRONMENT, FISHERIES, MARITIME, AND GAMING

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, 11th July 2025-The Ministry of Tourism, Environment, Fisheries, Maritime Affairs, Heritage, Agriculture, and Gaming, through the Department of Maritime and Shipping, invites the public to a series of consultations for the implementation of the TCI Small Craft Policy, to be held across the islands.

These consultations are open to owners and operators of commercial and private vessels; watersports companies; hotels; non-motorized vessel operators (such as kayaks, paddleboards, and floating platforms like tiki bars); jet ski owners and operators; insurance companies; shipping companies; marinas; and the general public.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           The purpose of the meetings is to discuss the policy and gather feedback on the draft small craft policy to enable cabinet to make a decision. Please see the attached flyer for the dates and times of the meetings on each island.
