Turks and Caicos, 24th February 2025 – The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF) Financial Crime Unit has charged LOFTON MORLEY JR. with multiple financial offences.
Morley Jr, 37, faces a total of Fifty-Three charges, namely,
• 28 counts of Theft of a Chose in Action
• 25 counts of Use of Criminal Property
Morley Jr. is currently on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear before a Magistrate tomorrow (February 25).
These charges stem from a criminal complaint filed in August 2022 by a Providenciales-based hotel. Following investigations, the accused was charged.
