“Skinna” Charged with Murder

November 27th, 2024 – A 42-year-old male has been charged with the murder of DAVID MCINTOSH.

DWIGHT SIMMONS, of Kew Town, Providenciales, was charged yesterday (November 26th) following advice from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Mr. Simmons, alias “Skinna”, appeared before a Magistrate today (November 27th). The accused was remanded in custody at His Majesty’s Prison pending a Sufficiency Hearing on January 10th, 2025.

The charges against Mr. Simmons state that on July 19th, 2023, in Providenciales, he murdered Mr. McIntosh, Contrary to Section 3 of the Offenses against the Person Ordinance Chapter 3.08.

Mr. McIntosh, 52, of Kew Town, died having succumbed to injuries following a wounding incident.
