JADA BAIN APPOINTED TO PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Turks and Caicos, September 26, 2024 – The Office of the Deputy Governor is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Jada Bain to Procurement Officer within the Office of the Deputy Governor.

Ms. Bain comes with a wealth of experience as an Administrative Officer within the Deputy Governor’s Office, where she was responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating office activities, and supporting various departmental initiatives. Her ability to streamline processes and enhance productivity has made a significant impact on the office’s operations.

Throughout her tenure as an Administrative Officer, Jada developed vital skills in project management, resource allocation, and inter-departmental collaboration. She became adept at preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with government policies, all of which will serve her well in her new role in procurement.

In expressing her gratitude upon her appointment, Jada shared, “I live by Romans 12:2: ‘Be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.’ Firstly, I am so grateful to God for steering the course of my life and allowing me to walk in the path that he has set for my feet. To my mama and papa, Evelyn and Eric Simmons, thank you for pushing me to be my best self. Your contributions to my life have not gone unnoticed, and I will continue to honor you both and make you proud with my accomplishments. I am very humbled and appreciative that my Government has entrusted me with such an important role. As I venture into this new position, I will make it my duty to work with integrity and give my best efforts in every task that I am given.”
