Don’t Break TCIG Zoning Laws, three head to Court for DECR and Planning Breaches

#TurksandCaicos, November 9, 2023 – Three accused individuals who have been charged with criminal violations or breaches of the Department of Environmental and Coastal Resources (DECR) ordinance, are again relisted before the Hon. Jolyon Hatmin, Chief Magistrate for Thursday November 9th November for mention.

The three defendants are not jointly charged, as it is alleged they have committed these offences separately.

KEVIN ADAMS is charged with three counts of “operating outside of vending zone”.

ARION WILSON one count of “operating outside vending zone’.

Creole speaking OSNEL MERAVILLE is also charged with a single count of “operating outside vending zone”.

In another matter the PLANNING DEPARTMENT has also charged WIDLENE MATHIEU with “erected a wooden shed and occupied it”.
