CSA elections six days away; candidates making the pitch for two posts
#Providenciales, June 19, 2019 – Turks and Caicos – Election for the Civil Service Association is a mere six days away and as promised the Deputy Governor is escourting an entourage of candidates around the country to present themselves and their ideas to the public workers’ sector, who expected to participate in the vote on Monday May 24, 2019.
On Monday in Grand Turk; 40 to 50 public sector workers turned out to hear from the men and women who want to fill the posts of President and Vice President.
There are six candidates in all; four nominees for President and two nominees for Vice President.
The Providenciales meeting was scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. today at the Gus Lightbourne Gym.
The Meet the Candidates next stop is South Caicos at the Community Centre at 2 p.m.
