TCI: Water Canon greetings for Caicos Express Airways in Puerto Plata, DomRep

Puerto Plata, March 19, 2019 – Dominican Republic – Great flying weather and a really good flight for the inaugural commercial trip of Caicos Express Airways to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; the airline’s third location within the Latino Caribbean country.

Caicos Express Airways Operations manager Stephane Meneles said, “We are excited about the new route and it is our way of always responding favorably to the demands of our customers.  They wanted it, asked for it and we delivered it.”

A 45-minute commute by air with its Beech 1900, 19-seater aircraft and Caicos Express again linked two of the Caribbean’s Leading destinations – Providenciales, Turks and Caicos and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

Water canon salute greeted the aircraft at the Gregorio Lupreón International Airport (POP) with support staff and industry friends, natives of the DR and business travelers all aboard.

The flight was launched on Friday March 15, 2019 and will travel weekly between the destinations; offering as Meneles said in a previous news release a special concession.

“…we are giving the same rate our Santiago route, and the tickets will be interchangeable. 

This gives travelers ‘two great cities, at one fabulous price.”
