#Providenciales, August 27, 2018 – Turks and Caicos – Eighty summer interns graduated on Friday from an elite hospitality training experience at six star resort, Beaches Turks and Caicos.
The students were not only trained but they receive a salary during their time at the family all-inclusive which is located on the World’s #1 Beach, Grace Bay Beach. These graduates were excited and expressed that they loved the Beaches experience.
“It was good, I got to go diving, I got to find out how things go in the working world, and overall it was just a positive experience.” – Kervens
“I attend the Clement Howell High School, and working for the summer for Beaches was a very nice experience and I had a chance to meet new people, my co-workers were awesome, you guys are the best. I got to interact with others and learned different things, check in guests, check the out, show them around the property. We had a few rude guests, but I still was able to be patient with them and conquer my battles that I really thought that I would not be able to do.” – Malayiah
The Beaches Summer internship program for high school and college students started in 2010 and since then has exposed over 600 interns to the hospitality industry.
