#TurksandCaicos, November 24, 2017 – Providenciales – It is onto trial at the Supreme Court in Grand Turk for Arthur Forbes, the Labour Tribunal president who is charged with sexual assault. A sufficiency hearing held earlier this month in Grand Turk is over and it was determined that there is strong enough evidence to take the matter to trial.
Forbes is accused by a housekeeper, who is originally from Haiti, of sexual assault.
