The Ministry of Health and Human Services takes these matters seriously and wishes to reassure the community, families, and stakeholders that these claims are completely untrue. The wellbeing of our elderly residents remains our highest priority, and the Ministry of Health and Human Services is fully committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, dignity, and compassionate care.
Over the years, the Aged Care and Rehabilitation Department (formerly known as the Wellness Centre) has worked in close partnership with health authorities, social services, and families to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
The Ministry of Health and Human Services strongly cautions the public against sharing or promoting misleading information online. Such actions not only undermine the reputation of the Department but also cause unnecessary distress to residents and their families.
