Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – August 2, 2025 – The Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force has confirmed that four men have now been detained for questioning in connection with the mass shooting at Hookah Cigar Lounge, which has officially been classified as a quadruple homicide. The crime, which initially appeared to claim three lives, has now taken a fourth.

The victims:

  • Yeiscol Rhinel Rodriguez Florestino, 26 – died at the scene on the nightclub floor.
  • Erlin Dorastin, 27 – also died at the scene.
  • Keel Silver, 39 – found dead sitting at the bar inside the lounge.
  • Jacius Jacquelin Rosilma, 36 – a security officer who was airlifted to Haiti for treatment, succumbed to his injuries four days later on July 31.

In total, nine others were injured, pushing this tragedy into the ranks of the deadliest public shootings in recent Turks and Caicos history.

Reward Now Totals $12,500

A $10,000 reward was first offered by police for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. The owners of the Hookah Cigar Lounge have since pledged an additional $2,500, bringing the total reward to $12,500.

Investigators are urging anyone with information, photos, or footage from the scene to come forward.

“We are appealing to the conscience of the community. Help us bring justice to these young men and their grieving families,” a police source stated earlier this week.

Cayman Islands Sends Helicopter for Air Support

While details remain limited, Magnetic Media has learned that the Cayman Islands has dispatched a helicopter to assist TCI authorities. The deployment marks a significant show of regional support, though a full report on this development will follow separately.

The pain of this tragedy runs deep. Families, friends, and communities across the TCI mourn the loss of four young men, their lives violently stolen. Photos of the victims — shown where they died — serve as stark, chilling reminders of the trauma.
