Turks and Caicos, August 8, 2025 – A $10,000 reward is now being offered for credible information leading to the arrest and conviction of Andral Perceval, the Haitian national wanted for multiple violent crimes, including a double homicide in Blue Hills which was described as the brutal murder of two brothers. Perceval entered Turks and Caicos illegally and has remained unapprehended since December 2023.
Police say Perceval has been linked to kidnappings, sexual assaults, and arson attacks—specifically, igniting a fire on July 24 that displaced dozens in Blue Hills, allegedly to distract law enforcement during a raid.
Described by Commissioner Fitz Bailey as “brutal” and “dangerous,” Perceval remains the TCI’s most wanted fugitive. The force is conducting an intensified manhunt, issuing repeated public appeals through Crime Stoppers, emergency hotlines, and wanted posters.
Authorities are urging anyone with information—even a single credible lead—to come forward immediately. Perceval remains at large—but this bounty makes one thing clear: his days on the run are numbered.
