Turks and Caicos Library Service Launches Annual Read-a-thon Competition

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – Tuesday, 24 June 2025: The Turks and Caicos Library Service is proud to announce the launch of its annual Read-a-thon Competition, open to young readers between the ages of 6 and 18.

Participants will be placed into the following age categories:

• Ages 6 – 8
• Ages 9 – 11
• Ages 12 – 14
• Ages 15 – 18 (Young Adults)

As part of our mandate to promote literacy through reading, the Read-a-thon aims to spark excitement, engagement, and educational growth among children and teens across the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Together, we’re turning readers into leaders; let’s make reading fun this summer!
