Her Excellency, Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam, chaired the 10th meeting of Cabinet held on Wednesday June 4th, 2025, in Providenciales. All members of Cabinet were present with exception of Hon. E. Jay Saunders, Minister of Innovation, and Hon. Zhavargo Jolly, Minister of Tourism.
In this meeting cabinet:
- Approved amendments to the Direct Domestic Investment Policy.
- Received a presentation on the Crown Land Access Support Programme.
- Approved the implementation of the Turks and Caicos Islands Public Service Roadmap 2025-2030.
- Noted the TCIG 4th Quarter Financial Report for the Turks and Caicos Islands.
- Approved the appointment of Ms. Denniser Forbes as the Secretary to the Credit Union Project Implementation Committee.
- Approved the Turks and Caicos Islands Government’s participation in the SDF11 programme with the Caribbean Development Bank.
- Approved the renewal of the lease for the Whitby Police Station North Caicos.
- Approved amendments to the Electrical Supply at the MDR Department Cheshire Hall Medical Centre Providenciales.
- Approved the introduction of a Lease Premium system for commercial development on Crown Land.
- Approved the implementation of a Litter Enforcement Programme to take action against individuals who litter in public spaces.
- Approved amendments to the Tax Information Exchange and Mutual Administration Ordinance and the International Tax Compliance Regulations.
- Approved the application by Northwest TCI Holding for a lease over part of 6000/235 consisting of 14.8 acres for a resort development.
- Noted further information on Islander Status applications that were subject to judicial review.
- Approved the implementation of a policy for the management of safe houses.
- Approved the extension of the employment contract for the Managing Director of the Turks and Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority.
- Approved the following Development Agreements:

- Palace Resorts
