Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, 6th May 2025 – The Office of the Deputy Governor of the Turks and Caicos Islands is delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs. Paula Arthur-Rigby as the Customer Service Supervisor in the Customer Service Department within the Ministry of Immigration and Border Services.
With over twenty years of enhancing customer experiences in the private sector, Mrs. Arthur-Rigby brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Her background spans from daily operational management to developing growth strategies that drive productivity and enhance human resource management.
Mrs. Arthur-Rigby joined the Ministry of Immigration and Border Services’ customer service department in March 2024 as a Customer Service Agent. She quickly excelled in her position and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor due to her outstanding performance.
In her remarks on her appointment, Mrs. Arthur-Rigby expressed her gratitude, stating, “Let me begin by saying my God is awesome. I appreciate the chance to contribute to my country and am eager to collaborate with all the different departments. I am excited to leverage my knowledge and experience to enhance the services offered by TCIG.
I am so fortunate to have a phenomenal support system; that’s my family: a loving mother, Angela Tucket-Arthur my amazing husband, Darren O. Rigby and my fabulous five children, who believe in me with their whole hearts. A friend like none other, Ms. Sabrina Elizabeth Green, is the one who set the pace and the above-average standard that I am fully set on following as needed.
It is my firm belief that while anyone can step into the role of a customer server, not everyone can truly excel in elevating the customer experience. As for me, I am driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence in this regard, always striving to go above and beyond to ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. I believe that by focusing on the customer experience and being dedicated to building trust and rapport, we can drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction among our clientele.
From my deep place of gratitude, I must acknowledge and thank Her Excellency, The Deputy Governor Mrs. Anya Williams and also my Permanent Secretary Mrs. Althea Been and Mr. Jackeem Cole, Customer Service Manager, who stood solid as rocks with their confidence and faith in believing in my ability to get the job done, I welcome this call as the vocation that it is and pledge to maintain the high standard of solution-focused operation that you both embody in your service to this nation.
I am committed to leading by example and upholding the core values of integrity, transparency, and accountability. I firmly believe that by working together towards a shared vision, we can make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in this public organization.”
