His arrival marks an exciting next chapter as Wymara continues its journey to redefine the luxury experience in Turks and Caicos.
Leadership in Luxury Hospitality
Eduardo joins Wymara Resort + Villas from Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in Grand Cayman, where he served as Resort Manager. With his support, the resort earned Forbes Five-Star recognition for three consecutive years and consistently ranked #1 in guest experience within the Kimpton brand. His expertise in operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction played a key role in shaping Seafire’s reputation as a world-class resort.
Prior to Kimpton Seafire, Eduardo honed his leadership skills at prestigious luxury properties, including The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. His strategic oversight in these roles led to elevated service standards, enhanced operational efficiencies, and increased revenue generation.

At Wymara, Eduardo will focus on further refining the guest experience, with a keen emphasis on achieving Forbes Five-Star recognition. His background in managing luxury villa accommodations makes him particularly well-suited to elevate Wymara’s exclusive villa at Wymara Villas + Beach Club.

A Personal Passion for Island Living
Originally from Peru, Eduardo has spent much of his career in the Caribbean, making him no stranger to island hospitality. A passionate nature and ocean lover, he is eager to embrace the stunning natural beauty of Turks and Caicos. He will be relocating to Providenciales with his wife and 17-year-old daughter, ready to immerse themselves in the local community and resort lifestyle.
