Turks and Caicos, April 4, 2025 – This school, my beloved Ianthe Pratt Primary School, is where it all began. It is where I was molded, encouraged, and prepared for the path that eventually led me to public service. To return now, not just as a former student but as the Elected Member of Parliament for ED6, is both humbling and fulfilling.

As a proud past student of IPPS, it brings me immense joy to give back to the school that laid my foundation. Ianthe Pratt Primary was more than just a place of learning. It was a second home. It taught me discipline, resilience, and a deep sense of pride in who I am and where I come from. The values I gained here continue to guide me every day, especially in my role as a servant of the people.

Now, as the Elected Member of Parliament for ED6, I am proud to announce that it is my commitment to ensure the constituency allowance is reinvested directly into the communities of ED6, starting right here at Ianthe Pratt Primary School. Our children deserve safe, well-equipped, and inspiring spaces to learn and grow. This contribution is just the first step in a broader plan to uplift and invest in every part of ED6.

To the dedicated staff, students, and families of Ianthe Pratt Primary School, thank you for preserving and building on a legacy of excellence. I am honored to stand with you today, not only as an alumnus but as a representative committed to your success and the future of this community.

From the Desk of Hon. Audric Skippings (PDM)
