Holding the key, bearing the responsibility – Lesley Davies-Baptista

No matter where we are from, what we do, or what we have, women have superpower in common, found in how we treat one another.

Each of us has the extraordinary ability to empower one another in a way the world at large cannot – simply by what we were created to do: love and serve one another. In the midst of such division today, we must recognize that true empowerment comes collaboration not competition, by building up not tearing down, by constructively critiquing instead of ridiculing or gossiping, by leading by example – generously sharing our time, experience and resources with other women while showing one another grace, not condemnation. There is tremendous strength in unity – and the moments to make a difference happen every day. We both hold the key – and bear the responsibility – to harness that superpower to help shape a formidable, collective legacy to empower generations to come.
