MINISTRY OF IMMIGRATION AND BORDER SERVICES ANNOUNCES NEW TCIAA CEO EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2024

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands The Turks and Caicos Islands Airports Authority (TCIAA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mr. Selvyn Philip Hawkins Jr. as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2024.

The Ministry of Border Services, on behalf of the TCIAA Board of Directors, is confident that Mr. Hawkins will lead the organization with professionalism and vision, continuing the growth and development of the aviation sector. With his extensive experience and proven leadership, Mr. Hawkins is poised to take TCIAA to new heights in the coming years.

Having served as Executive Chairman of TCIAA for the past three years, Mr. Hawkins has already made significant contributions to the Authority’s success. His tenure has been marked by strengthened corporate governance, enhanced accountability, and a clear vision for the future of the Airports Authority.

“I am excited to take on this new role and to work alongside the incredible team at the Airports Authority,” said Mr. Hawkins. “Together, we will continue to build an institution that every Turks and Caicos Islander can be proud of becoming the Employer of Choice in the country while developing a world-class Airports Authority.”
