ERNST JUNIOR JABOIN, 20, of Kew Town, Providenciales, appeared at the Providenciales Magistrate’s Court yesterday (November 21st) and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.
Jaboin, 20, was charged by the Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit officers on November 19th with the following offences.
– One Count Rape
– One Count Robbery
The charges against the accused were laid after a report was made on August 18th, 2024.
Ernst Jaboin will reappear in court on January 10th, 2025, for a Sufficiency Hearing.
