Department of Citizenship and Naturalization to Implement Centralized Inquiry System

Providenciales Turks and Caicos Islands, 28th November 2024 – The Department of Citizenship and Naturalization is pleased to announce the implementation of a centralized system for managing general inquiries and written correspondence, effective December 2, 2024. This new system is designed to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of our services.

Citizens, residents, and stakeholders are advised that all queries related to the following services must be directed to citizenshipandnaturalization@gov.tc:

  • Permanent Residence Certificates
  • Naturalization and Registration
  • BOTC Passports
  • National Turks and Caicos Islander Status Cards
  • Turks and Caicos Islander Status through Marriage

For inquiries concerning applications for Turks and Caicos Islander Status through the Turks and Caicos Islander Status Commission, please contact tcistatuscommission@gov.tc.
