Turks and Caicos, September 23, 2024 – Just after 2 am today (September 23), officers of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force responded to a fire report along Old Airport Road, Providenciales.
At the scene, police officers and their fire-fighting colleagues saw a structure, Elite Dry Cleaning, engulfed in flames.
Officers and firefighters immediately ensured public safety and ascertained that no one was within the building.
The fire was contained and subsequently extinguished.
This remains an active investigation, with the RTCIPF officers working alongside fire officers to determine the cause.
