It was a valuable opportunity to engage with other public service professionals from across the region, exchange ideas and best practices, and discuss common challenges facing our civil service organizations.

It was even a greater privilege to have the opportunity to present to my union brothers and sisters on the importance of financial management and capacity building within the organizations.”

The conference served as a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and fostering partnerships to address the evolving challenges faced by public service unions and associations in the Caribbean region as well as allowed the participants to leave with a renewed commitment to empowering workers and driving positive change through embracing innovation.
