This initiative, designed to provide essential training and certification in assessment, differentiation, and leadership, is open to all public and private primary and secondary school teachers in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The programme was developed by CARICOM in collaboration with The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). As part of this initiative, teachers from the Turks and Caicos Islands has received free training provided by the University of the West Indies (UWI) Cave Hill Campus.
