Senior defense counsel, Mr. Finbar Grant represents the accused in the firearm and ammunition proceedings filed by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution.
The allegations against Paul date to the capture of a number of illegal immigrants on Ambergris Cay, near South Caicos in January 2022.
Paul has been remanded for the past two years on the said offense.
