Five Women, Man for Sexual Assault, Alleged Police Impersonator and Assisting Illegal Entry cases all make Provo’s Magistrate’s court

CORRECTED – #TurksandCaicos, March 22, 2024 – Criminal matters listed before His Honour, Mr. Jolyon Hatmin in the Magistrate’s Court in Providenciales for Tuesday March 12 and Thursday March 14 include sexual assault and passport fraud, among others.

Alleged Sexual assault on a grieving female family member of the deceased; arraigned was JAMES STANLEY GODET who is charged with unlawful sexual assault on an adult female.
