#Guyana#Venezuela#Caribbean#UK, January 1st, 2024 – As the HMS Trent warship remains in Guyana, Venezuela announced on Saturday that it will continue to deploy nearly 6000 troops until the vessel, on loan to Guyana by the UK, leaves the waters off the coast of the two South American nations. Defense minister Vladimir Padrino, reports say, informed that the troops are safeguarding the country’s national sovereignty.
