South Caicos Criminal Cases in Court

#TurksandCaicos, January 19, 2024 – On Tuesday January 9th 2024, five individuals attended Criminal Court in South Caicos.
They appeared before the traveling Grand Turk Acting Resident Magistrate, Ms. Patricia Arana.
Her honor heard South Caicos matters for:
Mekkhl Harvey on two charges; a burglary and burglary with intent. Both are alleged separate allegations set for trial.
Delroy Musgrove, wounding case listed for review.
David Williams, on two counts of handling stolen goods that are listed for mention.
Earlvin Basden for burglary and handling stolen goods; both offenses listed for mention.
Dorell Fulford was to attend trial for burglary with intent.
