PDM lost Judicial Review Application; DMMO will progress

#TurksandCaicos, December 11, 2023 – Late this afternoon (Monday 11th December, 2023), His Lordship The Hon Mr. Chris Selochan handed down his decision in the application for leave to apply for JUDICIAL REVIEW
The judge briefly verbally outlined reasons for his decision to ‘refuse leave’ and promised to put details in writing.
Magnetic Media also will give a more comprehensive report at a later date, but the order of the Court is that the application for leave is refused.
The PDM lost and a partial order for cost was awarded to the Respondents.
