DOR sentenced for Gun & Ammo

#TurksandCaicos, December 15, 2023 – JEAN ETIENNE DOR was sentenced on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 to a term of seven years imprisonment for the hand gun and 12 rounds found in his Five Cays home last year.

He was convicted by a five member jury in the Grand Turk Supreme Court on November 8, 2023 for being in possession of an unlicensed firearm and 12 rounds of ammo which were found in his home on April 25^th, 2022; Dor was awaiting sentencing.

The sentence was handed down by his Lordship Hon Chris Selochan in the Grand Turk Supreme Court.
