Daughter who claimed RAPE by her Father give up; all charges dropped against Daroll Forbes

#TurksandCaicos, December 5, 2023 – Senior Public Prosecutor, Tassja Mitchell, was on Monday November 27, 2023 forced to drop all sexual assault charges against an accused father for allegedly raping his daughter on more than one occasion.
DAROLL FORBES of Five Cays, Providenciales appeared before the Supreme Court Justice, Ms. Tanya Lobban Jackson on charges of:
- Sexual assault of a child family member (allegations more than once)

Sexual assault by penetration (unclear how many times).

Sexual assault(allegations more than once).
This matter was set for trial on a number of occasions but was adjourned for more reasons than one, a few times.
Consistently, the daughter and her mother were present at court besides save for the last two occasions when the virtual complainant (VC) begun showing that she had lost interest in pursuing the matter.
A week ago, the father left court with his attorney Mr. Keith James, cleared of any wrong doing against his daughter.
