HLB Turks & Caicos celebrates 10 Years building Diverse Client base

#Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – In a room packed with friends, family, and clients, HLB TCI celebrated its 10-year anniversary in the Turks and Caicos at Beaches Resort.

There was a video presentation by Drexwell Seymour and congratulatory remarks from HLB Bahamas, HLB Global CEO, Mr. Marco Donzelli. There were also congratulatory remarks from Joanna Seymour, (the wife of Drexwell Seymour, some of the clients from HLB, some of the members of the community and some former employees of HLB.  All HLB former employees hold key positions as financial controllers or senior accountants in Turks and Caicos. The premier of the Turks and Caicos, Hon Washington Misick was there to bring remarks and congratulated HLB on achieving this milestone. Also in attendance was the Minister of Education and the MP for Five Cays Constituency, Hon. Rachel Taylor.

HLB TCI was founded by Drexwell Seymour, (the former CEO of Cable & Wireless) and Philip Galanis (partner HLB Bahamas). HLB is an accounting firm offering corporate services, advisory services, auditing services and accounting services.  HLB rates for the services provided are lower than the other accounting firms in the Turks and Caicos but the services are on par or even above the others.

Drexwell Seymour said he is proud of the accomplishments of HLB not only with training local staff but also being integral involve in the community. He also thanked the locals who supported him from day one as initially it was a challenge getting business from the expatriate community. However, over the ten years, his business has grown and has a diverse client base.
