Alleged Killer Mom case nears Close

#TurksandCaicos, July 7, 2023 – It’s week four this week, and Oliver Smith, senior attorney and King’s Counsel is still in the Grand Turk Supreme Court fighting to save his client NAJAH KARIOKA from a severe sentence of 30 years to life imprisonment for the May 20, 2020 shooting homicide of her own 9 year-old daughter, Syemaderia Karioka (Hutchinson).

It is a judge alone murder trial before His Lordship, Hon Davidson Kelvin Baptiste.

Ms. Mickia Mills and Ms. Tamika Grant are fighting for Justice for the deceased child and her loved ones.

A verdict could be come today, Friday July 7, 2023, or early next week.
