Man guilty of importing GUMMY WEED CANDY punishment delayed

#TurksandCaicos, June 19, 2023 – Having plead guilty to two counts of improper importation, specifically the alleged illegal importation of “American gummy bears Kush weed” with an estimated street value of $12K, ROBERT TRAMAINE FULFORD is expected to return to court on July 3, 2023 to be further dealt with according to law.

He stood before the Hon Chief Magistrate  Jolyon Hatmin  on Tuesday June 13, and was told that his defense counsel Latisha William -Bruce was unavailable due to being preoccupied in a Supreme Court trial that could run for approximately two weeks.

FULFORD’s bail was extended to the earlier mentioned adjourned date, as this case was pending since his arrest in the beginning of 2023.
