This case is around four years old with the accused being on bail shortly after his arrest and charged in 2019.
At the Supreme Court hearing on Tuesday 20th June, 2023, counsel for the defendant Ms. Sheena Mair raised that after so many years there’s still some disclosure outstanding issues.
The learned lady Judge Mrs. Tanya Lobban Jackson ordered the Crown to disclose the other or additional material to the defense to enable a proper and fair trial next month.
