Red Cross Month Red Hot Challenge is Back

#TurksandCaicos, May 2, 2023 – The Red Cross Red Hot sporting event is back for 2023, and set for May 20th, at the National Stadium in Providenciales.

The Red Cross made the announcement on Wednesday, April 26th, and it means teams will once again gather in a little over a month to vie for the top spot in the annual competition.

Hotels, businesses, and public sector groups register as teams to participate in the charity event each year to see who is the fittest, strongest, and fastest in the adult sports day.

Last year, competitors got serious on the track battling over sprints, egg and spoon races, balloon toss, arm wrestling, tug-of-war, and more. The fun continues this year with the customary ten (10) non-athletic events such as water balloon toss and ten (10) athletic events such as wrestling and sprints.

The event is part of Red Cross month which will also feature luxury catamaran sailing.
