#TheBahamas, May 19, 2023 – Silver Airways, a United States regional airline, is launching additional non-stop flights to The Bahamas; specifically Eleuthera and Abaco and it is expected to up tourist arrivals for these islands.

The flights will depart Orlando, Florida for the North Eleuthera International Airport and Abaco’s Marsh Harbour International Airport.

Silver Airways will begin both routes with special offers.

Those who book by May 31st 2023, will have one way fares as low as USD$89 for flights between May 20th and August 12th.

Sliver confirmed that the routes will commence operation on Saturday May 20th.

Eleuthera and Abaco are two of The Bahamas’ fastest growing tourism destinations. Eleuthera with its Glass Window Bridge, Pink Sands beach and Pineapple Farms is a rustic island escape, surging in popularity.

Abaco is revered for its fishing and golf; a mariner’s paradise really.  The island, which is a scatter of intriguing cays loaded with Loyalist history and stunning lighthouses continues to rebound from Hurricane Dorian of 2019.

The Bahamas Government called the expansion and return of Silver Airways flights a lucrative opportunity for the island’s tourism industry, especially Eleuthera with its new one of a kind residential community designed by Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus as well as its new Ritz Carlton Reserve.

Silver Airways expressed, “We’re thrilled to announce new routes from Orlando to the breathtaking destinations of Marsh Harbour and Eleuthera.”
