TCI Realtors get HIGHEST Awards

#TurksandCaicos, April 3, 2023 – Two TCI realtors were recognized at the Century 21 International Convention in Florida recently. Ezra Taylor and Sharon Seymour were the proud recipients of a Ruby Masters and Grand Centurion Award respectively according to an update from Erishar Properties, the islands’ Century 21 affiliate.

Sharon Seymour of Century 21 Erishar Properties, was named the top Century 21 Agent in the Caribbean and received the highest honor possible; namely “Centurion,” which is presented to only the most successful agents.

“Sharon Credits her success to her desire to serve clients going beyond what is available on MLS to assist clients to realize their dreams of home ownership, real estate investing, and home site acquisition. Sharon is a consistent top producer and a seven-time centurion award winner,” the press release said.

Taylor is well on his way to centurion after copping the Ruby Award which is reserved for  a sales affiliate who has met minimum sales production of $149,000 or has 31 closed transaction sides within a calendar year. It goes to the top sales associates yearly.

Taylor reached the tier in only his second full year in real estate.

“His creed is to provide trustworthy, reliability and knowledgeable service to all clients and fellow real estate industry professionals,” the release said.

Turks and Caicos is enjoying a banner season in real estate; sales in 2022 reached $553 million,which beat the year before which also set a new record.

The two were all smiles as they hoisted their awards.
