SHENIKA BOYCE-FULFORD APPOINTED AS FINANCE MANAGER

#TurksandCaicos, April 13, 2023 – The Office of the Deputy Governor is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Shenika Boyce-Fulford to the post of Finance Manager in the Financial Services and Supplies Management Department (Treasury) within the Ministry of Finance, Investment, and Trade.

Mrs. Fulford holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Nova Southeastern University. Mrs. Fulford is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Accounting also from Nova Southeastern University.

Mrs. Fulford began her career in the field of finance and accounting with the Turks and Caicos Investment Agency (formerly TC Invest) in 2006. She later joined the Turks and Caicos Islands Public Service in 2017 as a Senior Finance Officer within the then Accountant General’s Department now called the Financial Services and Supplies Management Department (Treasury). Mrs. Fulford served in this capacity for six (6) years. Mrs. Fulford also had the unique opportunity to work with the Broward Regional Health Planning Council in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
