10 Children granted BOTC status by right, says TCI Governor

The announcement came from Governor Nigel Dakin only a week and a half after he revealed the 7-year-old survivor of the Caesar family murder tragedy would be granted citizenship.
The long process was made more sensitive by the backstories of the 10 children according to Dakin. He maintained though that it was a “right” for all of them and not a gift; also a promise kept.
